Strength and Conditioning Coach (Part-Time)

Position Summary: Bellevue University is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Part-Time Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our Athletics Department. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs specifically for our Track & Field/Cross Country, Golf, and Women’s Soccer teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams.
• Work collaboratively with sport coaches, athletic trainers, and other athletic department staff.
• Monitor and assess student-athlete performance and progress.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with institutional, conference, and NAIA regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a closely related field.
• CPR and AED certification (must be current and maintained throughout employment).
• Experience working with collegiate athletes is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
