Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Grounds/Make Ready Technician to work between multiple apartment communities in Durham, NC. This position will offer a competitive hourly pay rate, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Grounds/Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
