Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full Time Assistant Front of House Manager to work at Deerfield 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.

The schedule for this position is either 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm. Must be able to work one weekend day and rotating holidays.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

Assisting the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily front of house (FOH) operations for all dining venues at an assigned Immanuel Community. Responsibilities include managing FOH operations, leading staff, and ensuring safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

One (1) year of dining services or hospitality experience is required.
